HPA: Rita Kurashiki

• Petite body frame with shorter than average legs and small feet
• Her cat ears, which aren't real by any means, it's just an accessory.
• She has a few outfits, they are all very 1950s grease sort of style.
• Always dresses and high socks though.
• little hair ties with pink balls that are only seen from certain angles (Since the ears are in the way)
• Cat eyeliner!

When Rita was a kid, she was picked on quite frequently by other girls in her school who told her that she looked anorexic.  Rita started to develop a terrible dysphoria towards her body at a young age, and throughout her junior high days, she became very quiet and reserved. Because of the bullying, Rita became obsessed with gaining weight.  Eating became a constant in her life.  Healthy or unhealthy, she didn’t care.  She fell into a deep depression and started skipping classes and spending her evenings eating and watching anime rather than doing her homework. Her grades fell, and she started to become a hermit of sorts.

Rita has always been petite, and has dreams of eating enough food to finally grow nice and round.  She doesn't want to just get bigger, or average sized, she wants to become plus sized, where she thinks she will finally be comfortable with herself. By the time she had gotten herself back out of her depression to start attending classes again, she had eaten SO much food, but had still not gained a single pound.  She started eating consistently, larger, and larger meals, to the point that the girls at school finally left her alone, weirded out by her obsessive eating.  

At some point, Rita's mother decides to try to put Rita's talent to use, putting Rita in eating competitions.  That’s when they realized that Rita’s little eating obsession was a bit more than just a hobby.  No, Rita was EXTREMELY good at eating, and was winning every competition that they put her in.  They started getting a good income from the amount of competitions that Rita was winning, but no matter what, Rita never gained a pound, although she did find a place that was finally warm to her, and allowed her to keep comforting herself with food forever.

She was so surprised to get an invitation to go to Hope's peak academy, not really thinking that her silly self could ever be invited to such a high-class school, but is taking it as a chance to finally learn something and get some other skill to help her in the future.
